  • What is Web Rewards?
    Web Rewards is a basic online platform for groups, companies or individuals looking to run a rewards program on a small budget.
  • What are the benefits of Web Rewards?

    1. Reward program participants have the power to choose their own rewards
    2. Reward program managers don’t have to be responsible for incentive reward fulfillment
    3. All reward transactions are recorded in your online order history.
  • How do I set up a program?
    Just sign up and fund the reward amount of your choosing, invite program participants via email then begin sending reward codes!
  • Is there any capability to upgrade to more features?
    Contact us for more information.
  • How do I buy points?
    Navigate to the Buy Points page. Enter the amount of points you would like to add to your rewards bank and checkout securely with your credit card. We do not store credit cards on file.
  • Do points expire?
    All reward points purchased by a program manager will be valid for the life of the program so long as the program manager remains an active customer of Web Rewards. Program managers that do not utilize the site for a period of 18 consecutive months may have their account inactivated. Once a program manager account becomes inactive, any unused reward points balance shall be forfeited without compensation.

  • Where can I find out how much is left in my point bank?
    Your balance is listed in the top right of the home page. Detailed transactions are available in My Account.
  • How do I add participants?
    Select Reward from the Add New Members page to invite new participants to your program.
  • How do my participants enroll?
    Invite participants to your program by emailing them a reward code. When the participants follow the program URL in their email, they can create a new participant account to enroll in your program.
  • What is a reward code?
    A reward code is a unique code a program manager emails to a reward program participant. Once participants claim reward codes, they activate their online reward points. Reward points are redeemable for items in merchandise and gift card reward catalogs.
  • How long does it take to receive a Reward Code?
    Participants should receive reward codes minutes after codes are sent. If participants do not receive their codes, they should check their Junk or Spam email folders. Program managers can always resend a code to a participant.
  • How are reward codes redeemed?
    Participants claim reward codes by simply typing or pasting their codes into the Reward Code box and clicking Reward Me on the Claim Points page.
  • How do I recall an unredeemed reward code?
    Navigate to the Unredeemed Rewards page, click View to access the reward then click Expire to recall the reward code. Reward points will return to your bank as points and the reward code will no longer be valid.
  • Who do I contact if I have a question not on this list, or to get additional help?
    Contact us here, or from the Web Rewards navigation menu with any questions. You should hear back within one (1) business day.

Merchandise Point Program FAQs

  • What does a point cost?
    100 points costs $1. There is a transaction fee of 10% on top of points purchased. The minimum amount of points you need to buy in a transaction is 25,000 points ($250).
  • What is a point worth?
    A point is worth $.01 to the participant.
  • How long does it take to fulfill an order?
    Participants usually receive their order within 7 to 10 business days.
  • What’s in the Web Rewards Merchandise catalog?
    The Web Rewards merchandise rewards catalog contains thousands of items, including electronics, home goods, sporting equipment, tools, toys, movies, books and more.

Gift Card Program FAQs

  • What does a point cost?
    A point costs $1. There is a transaction fee of 10% on top of points purchased. The minimum amount of points that can be purchased per transaction is 250 points ($250).
  • What is a point worth?
    A point is worth $1 to the participant. For example: it will cost a participant 25 points to purchase a $25 gift card.
  • How long does it take to fulfill an order?
    Participants usually receive e-Gift Cards within minutes.
  • What’s in the Web Rewards gift card catalog?
    The Web Rewards gift cards catalog contains virtual gift cards to 175+ retailers, brands and restaurants.
